Press Release Body = 2003 ACE Personal Trainer of the Year award winner, Stephen
Holt, has just been nominated for the 2007 IDEA Personal Trainer of the Year award.

In the words of IDEA, "This influential honor recognizes the individual whose
outstanding leadership, business management, motivational and instructional skills
are exemplary in addition to inspiring others to achieve greater personal growth and
a higher level of fitness."

Holt's contributions to the fitness industry include serving on the Governor's
Advisory Board on Physical Fitness, the Clinical Advisory Board of the American
Running Association, and the Board of Directors of the International Youth
Conditioning Association.

Most important, Stephen is one of the Item Writers for the Personal Trainer National
Board Exam. He specialized in covering Ethics, Safety and Legal Issues. He also
helped create codify the stringent criteria by which fitness certification
organizations can insure comprehensive education for personal trainers.

Holt, a mechanical engineering graduate from Duke University, believes,
"Understanding mechanics is vital to understanding how the body works and how it
responds to exercise."

This engineering knowledge has made him a nationally respected expert on the
application of scientific principles to personal fitness training. He has shared
this knowledge with fellow fitness professionals by presenting at numerous national
conventions. His advice has also appeared in all the top fitness magazines including
Shape, Fitness, Men's Fitness, Health, and Men's Health. He's even been in the

"Exercise is a process, not a program," says Holt. "Exercise is life-long and a

and grow, there are always additional benefits I can bring to my clients. That's why
they stay."
